"What a waste of time. Told us we were covered so I cancelled my old policy. Then State Farm or the underwriter tells us we need a build an access or set of stairs up to a fire escape or we'll get dropped. Scrambling in the middle of the night to get the old policy rewritten which isn't easy in fire company. In her response she says that she was responsive and spent a lot of time with us. She wasn't honest with us. Never did she say that we were subject to underwriting and not to cancel the old policy. And out structure is not at risk of death or some other insurance drama. Stay away!"
